related rights to the Quarantine International Film Festival

As a participant in the Quarantine International Film Festival, in your capacity as a producer, you should sign online the following declaration:

The screenwriter, the camera operator and director of the film participating in the competition programme of the Quarantine International Film Festival at the outset have regulated their copyright with the producer of said audio-visual work whereas a representative of the latter personally declares that he/she cedes these rights for the free reproduction and public performance of the work within the framework of the festival, without the payment of any royalty fees, remuneration for rights related to copyright or any other type of reimbursement.

The producer of the film guarantees in writing with this declaration at the time of applying that all related rights and copyright are fully settled financially (including those with the writers of the music, the writers of the dialogue, the scenery designers, the designer of the film set, the costume designers, etc.) – regardless whether this was arranged through personal negotiation or through an organization for the collective management of copyright.
