In 2013 Samm Brookes was told she only had two months left to live. Her counselor encouraged her to make a film if only to keep her preoccupied. With help from her brother Joe this film chronicles her time left on earth, her attempts to live and the struggles of facing the unknown.
I am a recent film graduate from London South Bank University where I got a first class honours degree and won the Universities best film award and course director’s award for outstanding contribution to the course. After leaving university I completed work as a freelance filmmaker for IMG, ITV, BBDO, Variety the Children’s Charity, the Isle Of Wight Festival and many more. Following this success I started my film production company Tama Productions, which produces work for clients such as Ticketmaster. The company also produces our own award winning original material, which has just been premiered at the BFI South Bank and the Prince Charles Cinema, Leicester Square.
